讨论问题时人们通常会打电话、面谈、发邮件或短信等方式。打电话或面谈会讨论的更详细、更清晰，而发邮件可能会更方便。如果我需要和别人讨论有争议的问题的话，我会选择发短信，可能这样可以避免尴尬的情况发生。
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
和别人讨论令人讨厌和有争议的问题都有可能引起争执，从而生气，导致尴尬的情形发生。
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况？请结合实际简述，如果是你在讨论这种问题，你会选择哪种方式？你会选择上述之外的方式吗，请具体说明？
回答：
如果我讨论这种问题我会发邮件或者是短信，因为这样即使争论起来也有时间冷静一下，不会因为生气而发生无可挽回的事情。不过这种讨论方式比较慢，而且不是很清楚，对于一些重要的问题还是得见面交谈，比如签订合同或者是追究责任等。
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
电子邮件和短信收发比较自由，不受时间限制，但是编辑文字比较浪费时间，通常解决一些小事的时候我们会选择用这种方式，比如商量时间地点等。
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
打电话是介于发信息和面谈之间的方式，比较方便，而且因为不用看见对方，所以不会感到紧张。但是用电话讨论如果遇到争执的话，可能一方会以结束交谈的方式回避，这样还是解决不了问题。

When I have to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others, I prefer using e-mail or text messaging. Although face to face or using telephone can talking about more details and make the discuss more clearly, to avoid dispute, using e-mail or text messaging is also a good choice.
It is obviously that we support our own opinion when we discuss controversial problems , and we may dispute to each other, that easily make people getting angry. When people get angry, they always lose the temper and lead to the breakdown. However, if we using e-mail or text messaging, we can avoid such embarrassed situation. Plus, sending message is not limited by the time, and we have a lot of time to calm down, that can help us to focus on the problem not on the emotion.
There is another reason to support my opinion. When face to some tough problems, human kind prefer to avoid these problems by the light of nature. Some kind of people like to procrastinate a long time before they have to face that problems. That behavior always raise some negative emotion such as anxiety and depression. On that circumstance, sending message is a good way to follow human instinct as well as solve problems.
