most of my friends are working in the companies or government just as majority people, while there's still a few number of them who start their own business.
Talking about employed-system nowadays, it's acceptable for a large group of people except some irregularity employers.
2. 你有打算换一下工作性质吗？为什么？
回答：
I don't plan to change my job in two recent years, since I still can learn a lot during my current work
3. 你所了解的这三种工作性质，它们的利弊各是什么？
回答：
Three different working type could be mentioned here, self-employed, full time employed, part-time employed. They are all reasonable choice depends on freedom and interest from person to person.
