These days, a new choice of working place has been provided by some world famous companies, that is employees can work at home. In these way, some employees may avoid daily commute and ladies may save the time of make up. However, it seems to me that working at home is not as comfortable as we might suppose. In fact, this way is a far more greater potential problem to work than it is of fairy-tail imagination. Firstly, employees have to face the fact that working in home won't reduce their working time but actually will increase it. The reason why this situation happened seem to be correlated with the use of cell-phone. Unlike the colleagues who work in the office can only be contactable in the office, employees who work in home have to be able to receive calls all day long because of the need of supervise. Therefore, when an additional work come or an emergency happen, managers definitely will call the person who work at home and give them more tasks. Furthermore, the long distance between home and office inhibit some essential step in work. Like, the process of submit work sheet or ask for advises is undoubtedly much more complicated. Another vital problem of work in home is the declination of efficiency. The difficulty of dealing with the relationship between work and house choir may let the person even more stressful. The most dramatic example of this conflict is occur on mothers. If a mother get a job but choose to work at home, she may find herself is trapped in her home. She has the responsibility to take care of her kids and the responsibility to finish works on time. She could be extremely stressed out by the identities of worker and house maker and face the requirement from other family members at the same time because she work at home! Both lack of  working environment and the distraction from house work do harm to the efficiency.I agree with the statement that home is the sweetest place to work,though the difficulties come from family may destroy the happiness of life. All in all, work in the office might not relaxed as home while it is the best place to do our job.
