To be different is the key to successEveryone want to be successful, and many people often show great respect to successful people. As is known to all, succcessful people has many traits, some of which are samiliar as ours, and other of which are  different from ours. In my opinion, it is the characteristics different from ours that contibute largely to the success. Therefore, I disagree the statement in the title.On the one side, the unique creative mind is one of the prime factors to success, which successful people have but others don't have. An unique creative mind can generate many opinions that others cannot think of, which makes the person find the things before others, then contibute to the development of humankind which is defined as success. Take Barbara McClintock, a prominant biologist, as an example. She put forward a concept of the transposon, a segment of DNA that can intgrated at many different sites along a chromosome, by studying the corns. She find a strange phenomenon that a corn has corn grains of different colors, then come up with the theory that the gene can move from one site to another with her knowlwdge. This theory contast the former opinion that the gene is stable, which push on the development of science in human kind. It is her unique creative mind that makes her come up with this great theory, which contributes to her success. We can see many  successful people in other fields achieve success because of their unique creative mind, like Steven Jobs. On the other side, successful people have amazing persistent that others cannot parallel, which guarantee their success. Persistence render people to do his or her career continually without the disturbance of other facors. As the saying points out, many a little make a mickle. Therefore, everyday accumulation can make a great harvest. Take Gregor Johann Mendel, the father of genetics as an example. He study the peas for eight years without halt, then find the famous genetical principles, which push on the pace of humankind.It is his persistence that makes her come up with this great theory, which contributes to his success.Of course, these successful people also have the traits that others have which lead to their success, like having a good education. However, I think it is their different characteristics that mainly contribute to their success.
