我认为成功人士有两种，一种是行业精英，意味着他们所做的是在行业中所有同行里最好的；另一种成功则是另辟蹊径、具有独创性、开拓性的，意味着从事与他们类似的职业的人很少或者几乎没有

成功人士身上所具有的的共同点我想无非那几条，首先他们有着强大的意志，知道自己到底想要什么；其次他们往往十分坚韧，顽强不屈地在为了他们的梦想坚持着；另外就是一定的机遇，他们往往抓住了一些常人抓不住的机会，使得他们能够比一般人更成功

变得和大家不同可以让人们看到更多可能性，发现别人不容易发现的机遇与客观因素，这样在没有更多竞争的地方人们往往更容易获得成功；但是变得特立独行而与其他人格格不入则会使自己失去支持，独木难支的情况不利于成功
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
一样与不一样并不是成功的前提，我认为成功就是做到自己能做到的最好，努力实现目标永远是成功不二的定律，与他人一样那就做到别人无法企及的高度；与他人不同就做到另辟蹊径让自己的声音与能力被不同的人认可

In recent years, people become more and more curious about how to be successful.One of the countless reason to success is to be more like others than be different from everyone else will lead people to success.
However, in my opinion to be or not to be is not decrectly affect the result being success.There are two types of successful person: one is prety like other people, but they actually do the best work among their colleagues；the other one is quite different from any other people, they have special personallity and doing particularly jobs which quite a few people is doing or even nobody is doing it.Each of these two kind of people have successful careers, which means to be or not to be like other people is not the key point to success.
As I just said before, the key point to success is not the extent of similarity to other people, but to choose being like other people or not can do some help in becoming successful. When you find a job which follows the rules, it becomes dangerous to obey the rules that other people won't do it.This is not good for your desire to success.But if you are in a trade which needs your creaitivity being like others will lead you to a road contrary to success.
Above all, I think it is not important to discuss this issure when there is no premise.But you can choose to be or not to be like other depend on your own condition, it will help you a lot.
