When somebody deny the role which fortune palys in the process of success, as fas as I am concerned, to some extent, success is related to some luck.  Genarally speaking, it is the hard work and wisdom that bring someone success. As to some celebrities, they always use their own striving story to encourge young adults. For example, yuminghong, who is now the CEO of New oriental school, was once a student that failed in the college entrance exam. But he did not give up and took the next year exam. Taking the poverty of his family and situation in that age into consideration, this deed definitely needed much courage.  However, there is no doubt that any person who succeed finally need some fortune, more or less.  Without fortune, some people’s destiny will just like some of our ancestors who did not fulfill their dreams to death even thought they had brillant talent. For example, sushi, who is a famous poet in chinese history, he did not make his political dream come true in his whole life, although he tried his best and had the capacity to take this kind of job.  What is more, every small step of success contains some sort of fortune. For example, two people, who has the equal capability and exactly same background, when they go to the interview together, but the boss only need to hire one person, so the boss may hire the person just because his dress or something. Finally, the one who is hired may be the lucky one. What is more, maybe some people who has alread get the offer of school abroad cannot pass the visa, while another one, who is not prepared well the pass the visa. If the former one cannot go abroad for futher study just because the visa, in the futurethe life of the two person may be quite different.  All in all, hard working is the key to the success, at the same time fortune palys some positive roal.
