1. 如果不存在“个人责任”这个概念，人们的学习、工作、生活以及整个社会的发展都会出现哪些问题？请举例并简述。
回答：
从广义来看，如果社会中的个体都不存在个体责任这个概念，那么身为主体的社会将不再牢固。社会是由无数个个体组成的，从这个层面来讲，每个人对自己负责也就是在为社会负责。如果个人责任消失不见，那么人们可能会把社会中出现的一切不良现象归咎于体制或者是其他人的失职。这种开脱是懦弱者的表现，也是对多年来享受的社会资源的浪费。比如网络暴民。作为一个结果，所有需要人群通力协作的课题都将搁置，某种程度上来讲人类文明将停滞。比如探月，考古，环保。归根到底还是会影响到个人的生活。
从狭义来看，从个体的发展角度来看，如果没有个体责任的概念，那么无论是学习工作还是生活，效率都会很低而且摆脱不了埋怨别人的思维习惯。学习不是为了自己而学，自然学不好。工作里不能与其他人配合，会让整个团队工作效率受影响。生活里不能承担责任，会让家庭成员伤心失望。
2. 让个人为自己的行为负责对于社会有哪些好处？请举例并简述。
回答：
首先，如果每个人都能对自己的行为负责，那么这将是对多年来所享受的社会资源的尊重。很多人受过高等教育但还是做出了危害社会的行为。比如科罗拉多影院枪击案。对社会而言，为凶手多年来提供的教育，生活和医疗资源绝对是种浪费。如果每个人能对自己的行为负责，那么将有益于社会资源取得最大的回报率。同时因为每个人都会自己的行为负责，社会将以安全平稳的节奏运行，人们将收获更多的安全感和幸福感。
第二，如果每个人都负责那么将大大提高工作效率，从而让社会进步的步伐加快，比如职场中团队合作；家庭生活中，如果家长能对自己的行为负责，那么小孩儿将会受到积极正面的影响，从而对他们的成长有无与伦比的意义。整个社会的个体素质都会得到提升。
3. 人们的行为都受到哪些因素的影响？请举例并简述。（可从内因、外因两方面分别考虑）

internal factors: natures like love, avarice, anger and envy. Sometimes people choose to do sth without thinking too much. be affected by value system built within a long time by receiving knowledge provided by the society constantly;
external factors: living standard and education background; confined by social rules; familiar people's behavior and thinking mode have significant influences upon one's behavior. friends, family members, idols, etc.
4. 外界因素在哪些情况下以何种方式影响着人们的行为？请举例并简述。
