回答：
一般情况下，人们很多时候会通过声音的媒介来进行讨论，离得近就聚在一起，离得远就电话讨论。比如说现在很常见的小组讨论或电话会议，如果是我，我会采取电话（声音媒介）的讨论方式，因为这种方式更加直接，而且讨论的效果会更好。
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
往往这类问题不好解决，而且不同的人有不同的办法，常常需要许多人聚在一起讨论，辩论，尽可能得出一个统一的结论。
例如大学里经常进行的辩论赛就是一个很好的例子。
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况？请结合实际简述，如果是你在讨论这种问题，你会选择哪种方式？你会选择上述之外的方式吗，请具体说明？
回答：
人们在讨论上述问题的时候，往往情绪会随着讨论的进行变得越来越激动，比现实生活中经常见到的讨论中同学们面红耳赤的现象。如果是我，我会选择通过声音媒介的讨论方式。
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
电子邮件和发短信会比较快捷，而且不会受到场地时间的限制，易于解决一些容易解决的问题，人们一般它们用来解决一些小问题，小摩擦等等。比如小组的BOSS有时候会将一些重要的文件email发给小组成员用来讨论。
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
打电话和发语音短信时效性很好，而且相对来说可信度，准确度较高。这种问题用来讨论题目中的问题在大部分场合是比较合适的，例如情侣吵架可以通过面对面地交谈来解决问题，公司决策会议可以通过面对面的会议或者视屏会议来解决。

The diversity of propagation medium makes ways to solve problems more various than before.When facing with upsetting or controversial problems ,different people have the tendency to choose different communicating ways to solve problems .For instance,using email or using telephone.As for myself ,I prefer the voice messaging such as using telephone.Firstly,the ways to solve problems sometimes depend on the importance of the problems ,doubtlessly,there existing some problems can only be solved by voice messaging such as commercial decisions .If using text messaging to solve these kinds if problems ,the safety can not be guaranteed because of the sending process can be easily attacked ,and consequently ,it will cause the serious loss .Thus ,in these conditions,voice messaging are usually adopted because of its' safety.Secondly,voice messaging is more efficient than text messaging.while using text messaging ,it will often waste lots of time in the sending process or the waiting process for others' reply.Usually,the process of waiting will be quiet suffering.For example,when some problems appear between a couple,communicating face to face is always more efficient than using short messages.In some situations ,some misunderstandings will be easily and quickly solved but it sometimes needs a long process to solve when using short messages.Comparing with these two communicating ways in such conditions,the voice messaging is obviously a better one.Finally,when meeting some problems which are difficult to solve and the final decision needs the long process of discussing .the voice messaging will be more convenient.It can not be imagine when send messages to several people and receive several messages at the same time.Thus ,the text messaging will be easily replaced by voice messaging in such conditions.However,there also existing some drawbacks in voice messaging. when staying at environment of voice limited ,the tendency will be to use the text messaging.ALL in all,there are not perfect solutions to all the problems .comparing those two communicating ways ,I think the voice messaging will be more useful in most of the conditions.And I prefer voice messaging.
