Nowadays' society witness a sore development in economics, but it not means one can hunt a appropriate job than it used be. So, career problem not only annoy the children themselves but also parents are put on a dilemma---whether it is better to let children follow their present works or not.From my perspective, in general, the advantages claimed for children follow parents' careers over children break a new way to promote themselves is being doubted by me.For there are lots of factors that contributes to success, but the interest need to be put on the priority list.First and foremost, contemporary society use lots of facts prove that there is no connection between easily success and career similarity. Here is an example. My high school classmates has a twin brother who now is major in music and as for himself, he is studying EE in our collage. When it comes to their parent, it is  so surprised to find that their mother is a teacher while their father is a farmer who never step out of his village. Obviously, in no way will my friend follow his perents way,however, he can search his own success in a new filed.Furthermore, as children themselves, break a new career to fight for sometimes is better choice. As we all known, there is an growing number of collage students from countryside rather than urban area. When this group of students graduates from collage, most of them will choose to find a job in urban area otherwise step back and work as farmers. If they follow their parents' career, in no way can they find the colorful world out of their village.However, reject follow parents' career do have some disadvantages. Because no one to guide this children when they first step into a new area which means they maybe confront more difficulties and experience more failure. In short, whether the children follow parents' footprint or not, it is nor a advantage or disadvantage. There are only two principles in world that is always be advantages: insistence and endoreour.
