成功的判定标准有很多种。最明显的是，事业是否成功，是否富有，是否有地位。此外，还要考虑从业本身时候可以给社会带来正面的影响。比如说，支教事业，他们可能没有钱，不为人知，但是他们把知识带给了偏僻的地区，这可能改变当地孩子的命运，它的意义，本身就是值得尊敬的。
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准，而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业，会有哪些潜在的问题和不足？请举例并简述。
回答：
一味的追求事业上的成功，可能会使人失去纯粹的快乐。每年都有很多人因为工作过劳而猝死，他们就是太想升职。也有一些企业为了利益的最大化，参与了违法的事情，或者生产不合格的产品。就选专业而讲，大家都选择好的，有就业前景的专业，但是这个行业就可能劳动力过剩，导致竞争加大，成功的几率反倒减小了。
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外，在大学阶段，学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力？怎样进行这些能力的锻炼？请举例并简述。
回答：
团队协作的能力，跨学科的学习能力。应该参加更多的课外活动，社团组织，或者参与不同的学修课程。
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中，是否只有专业知识才是有用的？如果不是，还有哪些知识是有用的？为什么？请举例说明。
回答：
团队协作是最被人们强调的，因为一个人不可能在工作中单打独斗，要去与别人配合才能使工作出色，自己又不至于超负荷工作。
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用？都应该如何去做？请分析并简述。
回答：
应该首先，引导学生树立健康的，多样的成功观念，同时不要以为强调就业比例，在课程设置上，也应该有宽泛的基础，其次是较为专业的研究。

Education has a profound impact on every's life. The basic education will help students to develop a good habit for the further studying. While the higher education would lead the students to become more professional and specialized. It is no wonder that the aim of education is to make student's life more successful. However, this term "successful" is not in a narrow sense of concept that just pertains to fortune and fame. Thus, never dissuade the students to choose the field that is successful in teacher's of educator's eyes. Because you never know what is a true success for a specific man, and the measure of standard is diversity. What's more, no one could ensure which career or field would bring success for a student in the future. It is hard to judge what kind of people is successful. May be when talking about success, most people would associate the word to a person who is wealth, or in power, honorable. But what about those famous features who is in parry or unappreciated, such as Mother Teresa and Kafka. As it is well know to us all, Mother Teresa won a Nobel peace prize for her philanthropism. Her life was austerity yet her career is respected. Money and fame mean nothing to her, comparing help other.
