回答：比如设计一种全新的机械系统，当有一定的条件约束的时候，科技也不能完全靠自己给出设计方案，又或者可能实际中有很多问题，还是需要人为的修正。

回答：不能，科技是依靠已知的知识建立起来。当我们探索一些未知的领域时，可能科技会认为那是错误的，但是实际那对应一个全新的领域。

5. 有哪些原因会导致人类自我思考能力衰退？这些原因有哪些是科技造成的？思考能力的衰退与科技之间存在必然联系么？

回答：长期依赖科技的便利，比如计算的时候，使用计算器，只能得到一个结果，却没办法看到过程，如果出现错误，也许在过程中，可以得到一些惊喜的结果。但是如果不思考，就只能认为那是错的。

People are usually divided concerning the standard that how to evaluate a nation's statue. China once publicized its the total GDP to indicate its stunning development, but many comments dispute that the average GDP is not high in the world and hence we could not rush into concluding whether it is a great nation. From my personally, i prefer that it is the general welfare of people that is more compelling to show the situation of a country. There is never short of famous rulers in history, but many of them didn't hold his dynasty. For example, First Emperor of Qin is a person who reigned over the whole China and had a significant statue in Chinese history. It is indisputable that he had a outstanding military talent and political view. However, his regime endured only 11 years. What cause the collapse of his regime is the harsh taxation and relentless cultural control. And finally many peasant chose to rebel him. Thus, a success of a rulers do not result in a prosperous nation, but rather represent his talent,nerve and fortune.
