题目非常贴近人们的日常生活,因而和题目相关的例子不在少数。题目的前提条件是讨论有争议的问题,所以要围绕这件事情的特点来展开,破题的关键在于将题目拆分成三个小单元“upsetting or controversial problems(令人讨厌的或有争议的问题)”、“e-mail or text messaging(发送电子邮件或发短信)”“telephone or voice messaging(打电话或发送语音信息)”,讨论每个小单元的典型特点,加以联系即可。
1. 一般情况下,人们进行讨论会采取哪些方式,请结合具体事例分别说明?如果是你,你会采用题目中涉及到的一些方式来进行讨论吗,为什么?
回答: 一般情况下人们会采取开会讨论的方式。一般公司要执行一个方案会召集所有人开会进行讨论,大家在一起集思广益,头脑风暴,一方面员工更有归属感和参与感。另一方面,更有可能收集到比较有创意的想法,不同的想法汇聚到一块最后形成统一的蓝图,更有利于公司目标的确立。 我不会采取邮件或短信的方式来讨论。 一是:效率太低,不如当面讨论来的直接 二是:如果对方没有看到就不能立即回复,如果涉及到很紧急的事情需要讨论,这种方式就比较低效
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点?请结合实际简述。
回答: 有争议的问题肯定是双方观点不同,若想一方让步妥协必须一方的理由足够合理,能说服另一方。这就需要安静的环境双方冷静下来理性地分析。
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况?请结合实际简述,如果是你在讨论这种问题,你会选择哪种方式?你会选择上述之外的方式吗,请具体说明?
回答: 会出现情绪激动,争吵等情况 我会选择面对面交流的方式来讨论
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点?我们一般用它来解决什么问题?请结合具体事例简述。
回答: 需要等对方看到邮件和短信才能得到回复 一般用来解决不着急解决的,不重要的问题 一般用来沟通感情,问候朋友家人啊或者是别人不方便接电话,听语音短信的情况下采取短信邮件形式。
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点?这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗?请结合具体事例简述。
回答: 不合适 因为不知道对方是否方便接听电话和回复语音消息 如果对方是参加朋友聚会或是开会的情况下就不适合讨论问题

    With the development of technology,many modern forms of communication like text message,email,voice message and telephone are extremely convenient.When we disscuss controvercial problems ,some people prefer to use email or text message .Even though it can't lead to directive quarrels , I believe the way such as telephone or voice message we use to sovle this kind of problems is obviously efficient.    The first and significant advantage that telephone or voice massage that has over email or text message is that there is the ability for an immediate conversation.But with email or text message,you have to keep waiting  for others to response until they check the information.This means you may spend consideralbe time on waiting .Especially under some emergent situations,take me for example,when my boss asks for an final disscussing solutions within a day or half a day.I usually give my colleages a call to as this beauty of this is that if provides me the  guarantee of a fluent and effective communication.In the some way some of my friends in their companys always consider telephone a good option to conform some important things .    Secondly ,telephone or voice message makes you better understand the other people's meanings .As we all know ,text message or email is sent in the form of text.One the one hand ,if  the sender doesn't write clearly ,or recipient may understand part of the information then much time will be spent to clear up the misunderstanding .One the other hand ,the recipient can't hear the sender,he or she may mistake the sender's tone for something that has not been included .So emial and text message is not really appropriate for formal business correspondence.Rather,it's only good for quick and informal messages.Most of us use this way to maintain friendship .    Admittedly ,we can write email and send text message while orgnize the thought and language .However,this process may cause a waste of time as well as decrease the efficiency of communication.Therefore,controry to what some people believe, I would argue that telephone or voice message a good way to deal with controvercial problems .
