1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
自信，有行动力，有毅力，有魄力，敢想敢做，善于沟通，做事情周到，善于给自己创造机会。与众不同。一个天生没有四肢的人，不像普通的残疾人有自卑心理，觉得自己做不了很多事，而是凭借毅力与自信成为了演说家，娶到了漂亮的妻子，他的永不言败还激励了很多人振作起来，他是真正成功的人。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
普遍性：自信，有行动力，敢想敢做，善于给自己创造机会，比如奥巴马竞选；特殊性：艺术类的、文学类的还有科学技术类的，只有做的跟别人不一样或者更尖端才能成功。或在共性上有精神病、gay、不善于表达等，比如牛顿、达芬奇、毕加索，梵高（死后才成功），莫言因为跟别人不同且写的好才获诺贝尔文学奖才成功。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
会太相似没有竞争优势。把你所擅长或热爱的一方面领域做到极致，也就是没有最好只有更好（还是跟别人不一样）。安于现状，和大多普通人一样就容易会碌碌无为。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

成功，或者被一些傻缺嘲讽，但坚持自我，排除万难，但还会成功。除非想要不同的那个人自己的确没能力，只是为了吸引眼球，只为标新立异，或者有悖人道，那是会失败的。希特勒
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。

Whether to successful, I should be different with others rather than the same as others that has always been a puzzling choice. Some people thinks themselves should be the same with others for success. However, I believe I’m a independent one, I have some characteristic different from some people that I can be successful by special ways.
Admittedly, in some people’s opinions, people should be the same as others to be successful, due to other people maybe have rich experience to help themselves. For example, one of my friends, Andy, he used to work all by themselves, and he aways spent too much time on a shingle task because of he is reluctant to communicate with other. But after taking his friend’s suggestion to join a group about discussing and sharing experiences, he told me he become more effective than before. Thanks to the guidance from friends’ experience to make him avoid the some error. However, being distinctive from others promotes success. To different with others is a gift as key to being successful in terms of sports. Say, Kobe, a professional basketball player of NBA, could hit the basket readily and beautifully. It is different ability of Kobe but not many people can do like him. However, imagine if he does not keep the gift of favorable position to play basketball as other people who just to be a average person of work in ordinary jobs, and never intensive practicing day and night, he may fail to be the MVP over the basketball court.
In my anther opinion, I think I do something by myself different other people that could learn how take care of myself, have independent life skill and create further value. It is easier to be successful than take a shortcut. For instance, my brother , Leo, he just choose to take a route that is seldom traveled by the mass. Five years ago，Leo and his classmate graduated from a famous university in China. Unlike other students looked for a job, he choose a way that would go abroad for further study. Now，he comes back and establishes a company from that he earn more money than his classmates. His success can be attributed to his different choice. Taking above mentioned into consideration, I still hold that a different way from others is the road to success for the reason.
