回答: 帮助学生形成独立的人格,试图引导学生接受知识,而不是填鸭; 应该给予学生自由的选择课程的权利,放宽转学,转系制度 教学中应该注重启发,思考过程比结论重要,避免二分式的看问题。

 The summer of 2009 was very special for me, as a high school graduate, I should determine which major  to take in the following four years in college. I clearly remember that when asked for my parents' advice, my father said that he should fisrt discuss with his friends which major has a good prospect. It is a very common idea that in China, people believe they should choose fields that have huge potancial in making money. However, I do not believe money is very meaningful to a college student and also does guarantee success.

When we read  autobiographies, especially of those rich people, it is not hard to find that the rich people always committed that they lost somwthing interesting in life that could not  be conpansated by money. To a large extend, students in bussiness school think their blueprint of future as working in inverstment banks. However, there are so many people fleeing from the heaven in others' eyes, and instead  choosing a job which cannot even  offer half as the orginal salary.  Zeng Zimo, a chinese hostess once explained her quit from Mogan Stanly in an interview by saying that if the only goal of earning high salary is to lose the fun in life, making money is no attractive anymore. Students have always been so eager about materials in modern society. When career becomes a tool to realize the being-rich dream, it loses its original purpose which aims to self realization and social contribution.

Also, for a lot of students, what they choose might not be what they are really interested. In  the EE school of my college, every year there are some students choosing to transformate to other schools. This action is not understood by others. It is widely known that a student of EE school can get a job easily after graduation, and people mihgt wonder why they abandon such an good prospect. I know some of those students pretty well, and once they told me that going to college  is to learn whatever they want to learn. Studying itself is nothing with earning a living, and if you are lucky enough to find out what you really want to do, then it is not hard to earn a living.

Frankly, not to concern about  salary is too unrealistic to balance life and dream. Bread is as important as dream in human beings' life. However, only attaching to materials could only shape a person as the servant of money, not the master of life.
