回答：
大数据时代，人们进行讨论可以采取的方式有多种，除了传统的面谈，还可以网上聊天、email、信息、微信的多种软件都可以实现人们之间的交流。我通常会用email 或者网络聊天的方式来进行讨论。
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
让人讨厌有争议的问题可能具有以下特点；问题复杂，一时半会儿说不清楚，比如对于双方并不是很熟悉，而又要合作某一计划或是项目，这时需要进一步确认对方的想法和目标。通过进一步交谈了解对方的需求。
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况？请结合实际简述，如果是你在讨论这种问题，你会选择哪种方式？你会选择上述之外的方式吗，请具体说明？
回答：
首先，了解整体局势或是对方要求是成功交流的基础，人们很容易片面的考虑问题，在和人讨论时需要通过不同的观点在弥补自己思维上的缺陷。其次，在确定了自己的观点时，要合理的阐述自己的观点使被人信服。通过这样的方法才能解决这些恼人的问题。大多数情况下，我会选择email或是信息的方式来和人交流。而不是其他的，因为email是一种大众化的方便的交流方式。
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
email和短信是文字和图片的，面对复杂的问题通常需要做大量的阐述，为了使论据显得清晰我们会选择文本的方式来进行讨论，这样做有利于让对方一次性的获取大量的有用的信息并被反复阅读。我们甚至可以在email里添加很多参考资料和图标更能充分的表达自己的观点。
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
打电话和发语音是有效的即使的讨论方法，在我们希望很快得到答复的情况下通常使用。但是对于有争议的问题，本来就不是几句话就能说清楚的，这种方法对解决问题没有太大的帮助。

In the age of big data, there are a lot of approaches for discussing besides face to face,like wechat, email, online chatting software and of course celluar. It depends on circumstance from which to choose.When it comes to the upseting and controvertial problems which are too complex to solve immediately, I usually choose email as a common tool to disccuse with others. Upseting and controvertial problems share the same commons such as be complicated and hard to approve with each other. We need to study on the problem conscientiously, try to avoid bias of ourslves. Listening, communication, self-examination are necessary for us when we face with delimma. However, once you can be sure that what you insist on is better that others'. The approach you choose to express your opinion and convince others is an essential element in a successful conversation.Emails have more effect on formal communication than other tools becuase everyone has an emial address nowadays which will assure your messege arrive safely. Firstly, I can express myself completely in an email, and if necessery I can add some graphs to hlep others understand. A text can be read more than one time so other people are allowed to take time to exam your views. Secondly, emailing is a relatively civilized way campared with phoning others. Considering about the different working tables we'd better use email to make sure others do not be disturbed.However, e-mail is just too slow and clunky for young people who gravitate to real-time, informal communications such as online chat and vioce message. these ways are avialable in real-time discuss I strongly support to use e-mail than vioce messege, since you can conceal your emotion which may inflence the discussion by careful revise your express.
