Nowaday,there are plenty of way such as sending e-mail and making
telephone calls that we can choose to communicate with others.Some
people believe that sending a message is a better way than calling to
discuss controversal problems.In my opinion, i agree with that sending e-mail and message is a better choice when we discuss controversal and upsetting problem.
Firstly,e-mail can avoid quarrel and conflict.People are easy to be emotional when talking upsetting problems.They inevitablely express their emotion in their manner of speaking.When other people hear these words, they may easily impulse or be sensitive.In this way, people can not effectly communicate with others,what's more, they may be wild and abuse others.However,e-mail provides time and space to people to calm down and discuss gentley, So it naturally avoid the fight between people.
Additionaly,writing message is a more effectly way to discuss controversal problems.Speaking is too fast to express view logically and clearly.If you send e-mail to discuss these problems, you have some time to make sentences in your mind and you do not have to repeat your words for remind others.
Of course talking face to face can express ourselves more free, but we have to try to avoid impulsing.what's more, it is difficult to make a simple speaking.In this case ,i think sending e-mail and texting message is better than discuss problems face to face.
