I am a graduate student.presiding a discussion,making me feel that I shoud improve my speaking ability in front of a group of people and keep me not nervous when I said the wrong word.

According to my Unoversity life ,I know how to make a plan is most important of all.besides that I understand that thougt is important than shills and the skills of how to do one thing is more useful than knowledge itself.

I also having a large number of friends who get the Unevesity education.I learn renew my thought ,ability and knowledge whith time from them.

In my view, the education of Chinese Universities exit lots of problem,like credt.A good way to solve the problem is makeing files of students' credt.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:which is better ,challenging plans about one's future or practical plans about one's future?
Challenging plans are good way to excavate one's intential ,but practical plans are efficient for people to schedule one's time .However,it is very hard for people to say which is better.From my perspective ,I prefer challenging plans than practical one for three reasons.
Frst of all,you always meet the challenging problems,so you need the challenging plans .No one can deny the fact that it is usually to choose the practical plans in our student life.Every day the students just need to acquire the knowledge taught by teacher in each day .But when we work in the society ,we have to address some problems with challenging plans.If every company does their work with practical plans ,they are same;the customer can't attract by the usual survice unless you make the challenging plans to be special.So the Challeging problems are more easily to success.
Besides,the challenging plans are useful to excavate people's potential.For instance,when I enter the unniversity,My parents advises me to be a student leader.It is a challeging plan for me and I have no idea to achieve this goal.But I follow my parents ' advise to prepare,such as to show my ability and resposibility.The result is satisfied for me to realize my dream ,and I improve my potential ability by this way.
Some people might argue that practical plan is easily to finish .If you make a challening plan without doing it ,you should make a practical rather than the challenging one .It is significant to people to follow the plan step by step .whatever plan you make ,you should guarantee finnishing at first.However,if you just do the practical plan ,for example working without people's communication.you couldn't acclaimed by companies.
To conclude ,challenging plan is the advance machine ,which our society continue to improve depended on. I still believe a challeging plan is more useful for society and individual,so make a decision for yourself to challenge.
