With the development of globalization, more and more foreign countries intrigue China, such as learning chinese, Kung fu and Tai Ji etc. Drinking tea is one of traditional customs in China as well, thus, I frankly recommend foreigners to drink tea.
Drinking tea is healthful for people, especially for digestion and metabolism. For instance, chinese always drink a cup of tea after meals. Tea involves massive microelements, such as calcium and iron, which contribute to digestion and metabolism. Hence, foreigners adopting this custom will be more and more healthufl as well.
Drinking tea can promote relationship with each other. In China, families or freinds always taste tea together on weekend, simultaneously, talk various topics. During the mutual progress, they boost affection with eath other. Obviously, it is a wise chioce for foreingers to enhance relationship among families or friends ties.
It is a pretty significant opportunity for foreigners to learn more about China traditional culture.Drinking tea accompanying the birth of tea has a long history. It involves enormous China cultural elements, such as Confucianism,meditation. Adopting the custom is suitable for foreigners who are curious about China traditional culture.
