一般情况下,人们会采用举例说明的方式来进行讨论。因为通过例子的证明和作证会更容易使得观点使人信服。
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点?请结合实际简述。
回答:
令人讨厌的是情感上单方面的,它是绝对的,片面的。而具有争议的问题则不是绝对的,它只是代表这个问题可能有多个方面的看法,不同的人会有不同的感受。它并不会和人的情感上进行单方面的冲击。
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况?请结合实际简述,如果是你在讨论这种问题,你会选择哪种方式?你会选择上述之外的方式吗,请具体说明?
回答:
在讨论问题的时候一般会出现因为双方感受不同而持相反意见从而争执不休的情况。如果我在讨论这种问题,我可能会选择从双方角度考虑,选择折中的感受。因为主观的喜好是没有办法判定界限的。
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点?我们一般用它来解决什么问题?请结合具体事例简述。
回答:
电子邮件和短信最大的特点就是不要求即时回复。人们可以在收到邮件和短信以后,经过一番思考,给出最优的答复。我们一般能够用它来解决一些文字上的,比较重要的但时限不那么紧急的任务。由于文字的保存性更直观,它也常用于在一些不方便说话的场合进行传递。
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点?这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗?请结合具体事例简述。
回答:
打电话和发语音最大的特点就是及时性比较强,人们总是在即刻接收到讯息然后给出回复。这样可能会造成思考不完备而出现漏洞。不过由于及时性非常强,可以在短时间内做出反应,适合一些紧急的事情。

Has it ever happen to you?Have you ever
discussed upsetting or controversial problems with others on call and then find
that you had an unpleasant argue?Things might change nowadays.
We live in a world where knowledge is
accumulated by mutiplying and at the same time technology has been dramaticly
developed.Writting letters was considered to be time-consuming and instead
phone-calling and e-mail have already took it place.We can see that more and
more people call or text to others by cell-phone all over the place.And that’s
the problem,which way is better for people to negociate when they have
upsetting ot controversial problems?
As the pace of our sociaty is
accelerating,conflicts burst out through out life.It is a common scene that an
employer has opposite views with his superior,a consumer has a bad comments
about the merchant,even a child may have a qural with his parents.And the only
way to solve these problems is communicating.But,as we all know the correct
choice of communicating method means a half success of negociate,the unproper
choice may sharpen the dispute.
Thinking back all the quarels you had in
your life,have you ever found that face-to-face discussion may make it worse?I
have chosen to discuss an academic argument with my partener after class and
then find that we can’t persuade each other simply because all we want to do is
to convice the other side and refuse to listen.But after we went home and
e-mailed each other,we were able to calm down and think of it both
sides,eventually the compromise was made and we solve the problem in a best
way.
So it is obvious that phone-calling has the
same effect as face-to-face talking,it ask people to react rapidly,and very
usful for emergency.But e-mail or text is much slow down,it allows people to
reply them whenever they are free.And what’s more,it may cause less
disagreement since people have enough time to think.
Different people may have different
prefernce,and both phone-call and e-mail are benificial to our nowadays
life.Though I insiste that e-mail is a better choice for controversial
problems,they all brought huge changes to our society.
