一个新环境往往是周围的人都不认识，东西都不熟悉。适应新环境时人们会犯一些错误，和人聊天从无聊的的普通问题慢慢倒熟悉开始聊有趣的任何想聊的话题。然而还是会慢慢适应起来。不是。我曾经刚上高中时班里的同学都不认识，当时我想，为什么不一开始的时候就聊有趣的话题然后直接踢他们的屁股呢？
2. 专业知识的重要作用是什么？它能够帮助我们做好哪些事情？请结合实际简述。
回答：
专业知识能让我们可以做好工作中的技术内容。比如一个物理学家的专业知识允许他能够做好研究领域的工作。又或者 一个程序员对C程序的了解才能使他能够写出工作中安排给他的要写的代码。
3. 什么样的工作要求我们适应环境的能力更强些，为什么？这些工作有什么样的特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
经常更换环境的工作要求我们适应环境的能力更强，因为这些工作经常需要更换环境。比如经常需要出差的工作。
4. 什么样的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识？专业知识是如何帮助我们做好这些工作的呢？请结合实际简述。
回答：
研究领域的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识。没有的话根本做不了
5. 干好一份工作需要哪些方面的能力？上述两种能力以外，其他方面的能力对于工作起到什么重要的影响？请结合实际简述。

As far as i am concerned,the ability to adapt to a new environment is more important than excellent knowledge for a job for the following reasons.First,If a person don't have much of an ability to adapt to new environment,then he can spend a longer period of time to adapt it.However,a person short of knowledge can't achieve a success in career,for work is tightly attached with knowledge.My roommate present a case for that.His major is computer science.Despite CS is the best major he can study in our university,he doesn't study hard.Despite he has a strong ability on adapt new environment,he is not good at programming.When he become a intern in a company,he couldn't finish any of the task his boss gave him which disappointed his boss a lot.Eventually,he was not admitted to work there.Another prime example which can support my argument is Alan Turing,a pioneer on computer.He is extremely shy,which made him hard to adapt to new environment.But he is regarded as the father of computer for his excellent achievement in computer theory.Apparently,his honor and glory can't be achieved without his knowledge in computer science and mathematics.So,knowledge is much more important than the ability to adapt to a new environment.
