存在。在政治、经济、文化、军事等方面。在交流过程中，相互间需要彼此适应磨合，从而产生相互影响。如美国和加拿大，俄罗斯与欧洲等。
2. 影响国家物质进步和安定生活的内外因素都有哪些？各因素都是如何作用于这个国家的？请举例并简述。
回答：
内因：政局、资源、文化和教育、自然条件；外因：战争、贸易、文化交流；内因是进步和安定的推动力，比如中国人主张和为贵，就不会就一些小问题与邻国发生摩擦，比如像巴基斯坦和印度那样。外因是影响因素，例如俄罗斯西部的音乐就曾经受到欧洲古典音乐的影响，从而出现了偏西方的文化种类，在圣彼得堡这种现象尤为明显。
3. 假设国家之间的安定发达存在联系，那么这个联系在不同方面，是相互促进还是相互竞争？请举例并简述。
回答：
存在联系，在军事方面存在相互竞争，在经济，政治，文化，教育等方面存在相互促进。如社会主义国家和资本主义国家的相互借鉴，促进了在各自制度下的自我完善与发展。又如冷战时期美苏军备竞赛。
4. 如果某国安定而且物质发达，会对其他国家会造成什么影响？如果某国动荡不安物质匮乏，对其他国家又会造成什么影响？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
在军事上和政治上形成威慑，经济上存在双重作用，即既有威慑又有促进，文化、教育上面相互促进。如果动荡不安，在安全，经济，政治，稳定上对别国存在消极作用，在文化或教育等方面无影响。

I really agree with the point that the material progress and wellbeing of one country are necessarily connected to the material progress and wellbeing of some other countries. In contemporary world, few contries could develop along without being affected by any other countries. Even contries that were so isolated like North Korea, have to keep connection with other countries like China and Russia. In my view of point, it is just because the globalnization in five different areas: economic, cultural, political, religious, and social system is so popular all around the world and it has great effect on every aspect a country's development.Since the effects caused by globalnization, a country can not develop only by itself anymore. It also depends on the international trade, culture diversity and coorporations in science and technology. For example, since China joined the WTO, it has enjoied a big growth in its foreign trade. Its net export volume has kept on a high level for many years, and if has brought China a huge foreign exchange reserves.
