坚持不懈，努力，目标明确。是与众不同的。奥普拉是一位著名的脱口秀主持人，她打破了以往大家对脱口秀节目仅限于明星娱乐的定义，邀请了很多社会人士在节目中表达他们的想法，节目获得了很大的成功，引起了很多人的共鸣。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
成功的人士在做一件事情时态度都很认真，很努力，并有耐心去解决遇到的困难。天赋是特殊性的。例如，乔布斯对于产品的简洁有一种特殊的敏感，这使得他主导的iphone取得了成功，很难被其他手机超越。又例如，Usain Bolt，一个sprinter，具有非常好的运动天赋
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得和大家相似后，与别人交流起来更方便，更容易获得别人的信任，更容易与别人合作。例如小组讨论，容易集中观点，得出结论。但是，完全更大家相似后，缺少自己的独立思考，很难再获得成功
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
自己很有特色，很突出，但也有可能格格不入。团队，个人Being different with others sometimes is being distinguished. If one have a lot of new and fresh ideas, or one can work harder than others. Typically he or she will gain more opportunities. For example, during my first work, I paid more attention than others on how to improve our Lua using performance and made 3 improvments of our project, then I gained the prYou can find something that others can't find, for instance Columbus would not find America, if he were like others. However, if we are unlike others, especially when we work in marketing field, we will lose market share.iority to do more important work.
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
成功最关键的不是自己变得是否和他人一样，而是自己的目标是否明确。这个时代需要的是创新，比如乔布斯，开创了个人电脑的产业，使得电脑进入了寻常百姓家，也给自己带来了巨大的成功
Some characteristics are very common in every succeed people, so I think they are the key to success. They play a significant role of working better and getting more opportunities. Our leader is a very positive person, he works hard and always trying to improve his work. Even he had finished his job, he tries to help with others. Positive work attitude is important.
Personality will benefit us in our way to succeed to some certain. Other characters will also help us to achieve succeed. For example, without perseverance our personality can never bring us to success. Jobs was one with strong personality, but without his insistence, he can never reach his goal.

To be successful in life, one should have the characteristic of being different , that is, he/she has the ability to change people commonly think. Through being different from others, one is capable of gaining some idiosyncratic opinions,concentrating on the right taget, thereby making a wise decision.Those people who succeed in their fields behave more like being different from others. Stephen King, an American author of comtemporary horror, science,and fiction,his early inspiration derived from a experience that he witnessed one of his friends being struck and killed by a train. Some commentators have suggested that this event may have psychologically inspired some of King's works. Furthermore the success of apple computer corporation indicates the view strongly. Steve Jobs, who was the co-founder of apple computer inc,behaved more like himself than being like others introduced the long-anticipated iphone that changed the world and the way of life.Tradional ways of thinking are treatures which will prevent us from wasting time and energy on trial things. Naturally to make new contributions in any field of study, scholars and scients should first master the existing work done by their fellow scholars and scientists. There is no doubt that sometimes we should draw on the experience of others in order to make up something. It seems to be a short step from imitating to creating.
In sum, I disagree with the though that in order to succeed people should be more like others than be different from everyone else. Although we sometimes need to learn something by repeate the predecessor's work, we should not forget to being different.
