My grandparents teaches me a lot about how to keep health. In my first year of University, I went to bed very late, and I thought it was a good lifestyle for youth. When my grandparents knew that, they suggested that I should sleep early and I would have a more efficient day. I accepted my grandparents advice and I have been more energetic since then.

With the technology and economic development, our society has changed a lot during the last one hundred years. Because of these rapid changes, many people believe that experiments from the past have no use for today's society. But in my view, advices from our grandparents help us a lot since the nature of our lives and society does not change.
First of all, our grandparents’ suggestions about how to keep health are always useful. These suggestions come from their experiments and are applicable for us. For example, my grandmother’s advice about sleeping early ensures my health during my university study.When I came to university, I found many students liked to study at midnight and I thought it might be a good life style of undergraduates. But according to my grandmother’s advice, sleeping early is good to health. At last, I take my grandmother’s suggestion. Two months later, I found that I was more energetic than my classmates.
Besides, the way they teat with others and thinks set me a good example to follow. My grandparents tell me that I should tell shortcomings at my friends mouths and not tell stories behind them. I practice this principle and I keep good relationship with my friends.
Although the advantages of my grandparents' advice are large, I need to perfect their suggestions to suit our particular situations. In my grandparents opinion, working near home is very important because our family could have more time to communicate. I agree with my grandparents point that family communication is important but we could achieve this goal by video chat instead of a job near home.
In conclusion, if we could mend our grandparents' advices by our modern knowledge, we could get a lot of benefits from our grandparents' experiments.
