回答：
用语音或者电话讨论有一下特点：好的方面，听见声音更能判断出说话人的情绪和意思。不好的方面，会浪费很多时间在重复的话题上。2，人在情绪激动的时候容易说错话，电话上不容易避免跟纠正。
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
电子邮件和短信的特点是。1，不用当面对答，有更多的时间去思考所说的观点。2，可以使用有组织的语言，更好的论证自己的观点。3，有存档，之后产生纠纷可以追寻。我们一般用来解决，工作上的问题，或者法律文件等等重大问题。
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
打电话和发语音信息的特点是：1，快捷方便。2，能听到语音语调，有助于判断对方的语气。
我跟男朋友讨论他是否曾经有外遇的问题时，我不希望跟他分手，但是希望弄清楚事情的真实性。开始我们选择用电话交流，因为同一个词有很多不同的意思，我们担心造成误会。并且我们当时不在一个城市，用电话交流比较节省时间。

I would have to agree that using e-mail or text messaging is the best type of discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others. It can avoid misunderstanding, save your time, and encourage continued.
When you use e-mail or text messaging, you have enough time to think about what's you want, and what's the good way you said it. People not common know what they want to said when they were more emotional than usual. May be you have some friend just like my friend Cici. She want to make up with her exboyfriend, but when she talking about issue between them, she lost control of her temper, then said some thing hurt him. He could never come back again. If she take her time to figure out what she want and control the word she used to e-mail, may be they already getting married.
I use to like using telephone or voice-message to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others. but i realize i wasted so much time on it. How it that happened? Well when i was talking to my friends，especially girl friends, they always have different project and feeling want to share. The result was i even not finished myself's problem, yet they already turn to their cute cat or soul mate. After that I'd rather use e-mail.
