一个人没有个人责任，1那么身边的人就会觉得这个人不可靠，并产生不良影响。比如孩子的父母，如果答应孩子在节假日带孩子去游乐园玩，那么在节假日的时候应该推掉那些不是由不可逆因素造成的事件，没有为孩子们做好榜样，让孩子们慢慢成为失信于别人的人。如果实在无法推脱，也不会向孩子解释清楚并请求原谅。举人例。2那么他在工作的时候不会十分注意细节，并且对一些可能导致他所工作的项目出现巨大问题，并给公司带来难以故意的损失。公司可能因为这样一个项目的失败失信于其他的客户，甚至可能出现破产危机。3那么对社会而言，他可能很难起到积极作用。在公共场所肆意妄为，随心所欲，比如破换环境或公共设施，为社会工作者带来不小麻烦。

1赢得他人的好感，受到别人的尊重。
2为他人树立积极向上的榜样。

内：恐惧，贪婪，淫欲，愤怒，爱恋。官员由于贪婪，不断的利用权力为自己谋求利益。
外：不可控制的物理伤害，地震火灾等等。地震中幸存下来的人可能身体残疾，使得他们心理产生畸变，比如仇视正常人。
4. 外界因素在哪些情况下以何种方式影响着人们的行为？请举例并简述。
回答：
墨守成规的一种社会道德和健全的法律，比如赡养老人，照顾弱势群体。谴责那些恶劣对待自己父母的人。谴责并依法处理欺压弱势群体的人。
5. 人们是否可以不顾外界环境的影响而进行自己的选择？如果可以，请举例；如果不可以，请解释原因。
回答：
不可以，任何一种行为都是经过选择的。一个人被车撞倒流血不止，救与不救都是经过了选择。救，可能是出于挽救一条生命的想法。不救可能是因为大量流血导致人们害怕，想救而不敢救。

I agree with the speaker's broad assertion that people's behavior is determinated by forces. However, the speaker's negligent about people's own making is unjustifiable. One's behavior is dominated by aspects such as lust, love, greed, fear, rage and irreversible accidents such as flood, earthquake. My points of this contention with the speaker involve the fundamental objectives.I concede that the speaker is on the correct philosophical side of this issue. After all, behavior is the reflection of the forces for immediate action to questions. Behavior is not entirely driven by forces. Consider also less egregious examples, such as He Shen's withholding the information about his active role in embezzlement in ancient China government. His behavior demonstrated a concern of self-interest above the broader interests of the government that granted his political authority in the first place.Responsibility which is rssponsible for people' behavior seems to be the litmus test for society today. Grade-schoolers are learning skills right along with watching and simulating. Parents Although, forces are also the chief means by which we humans attempt to avoid our inner world that our frailities-emotions and motives such as rage, greed, fear, lust, love-may be a very fixed assortment, but they share at least one immediate quality: we are, as we say, in the grip of them.
