1. 请结合实际谈谈一个领导者应该具备哪些重要素质?其中,哪些素质决定了他(她)成为一名有效的领导者?
回答: 敢于做决定的能力,团队的沟通能力,观察人的能力,各方平衡的能力。敢于做决定的能力,和各方平衡的能力决定了一名有效的领导
2. 请结合实际谈谈制定决策对于领导全局的重要地位是什么?一个科学合理的决策的制定应该考虑哪些因素?
回答: 领导制定决策影响了整个团队成员每一个人的发展,整个团队的前进方向和未来的发展。诺基亚2011选择了erop当作CEO,继而选择了windowsphone操作系统,而不是安卓操作系统,这一决定深深的影响了诺基亚未来的发展,曾经的世界第一的手机厂商沦落,股票下跌,裁员,接踵而至,最后被微软收购,领导EROP的决定深深的影响了这个公司未来的发展。科学合理的决策应该考虑到员工的发展,公司的发展,公司所处环境等因素。
3. 让其他人参与到决策中来一定会提高领导的有效性吗?会不会因为参与人数的增加而延长决策的耗时,导致领导有效性的降低?请结合具体事例来简述。
回答: 我认为不一定,因为有时候有些人并不能想得领导那么远,没有领导的眼光,他们加入决策中会影响整个决策的制定,当然这个领导一定要是有眼光的领导。魅族CEO黄章在最近的公司内部讲话中提到,他的任务就是整个公司制定整个公司的布局和战略,其它的人就是需要执行力,执行力,执行力,他提到了三遍,很少有人能站到他那样的高度去看整个公司,无论是从资本运作,社会化营销方面都没有那样的眼光。
4. 一名领导者的有效性还表现在其他哪些方面?有没有事例证明即使只有少数人在决策,该领导者仍然是有效力的呢?

5. 请结合具体事例来说明共同参与到决策中来对于大家来说会有哪些影响呢?
回答: 共同参与到决策中,大家能了解到自己会去哪里,整个团队会去哪里。现在的民主制度就是这样很好的体现,在民主的国家中,每一项提议都是反映人们真实的状况,然后提交的议会中共同表决,人们知道自己要去哪,什么方向。

The leader is the person that we meet usually,everybody may have chance to lead one team.Hence every young people is supposed to assume how to be a good leader.Among all the means,the leader think more than common people and large people to talk the decision will waste time in the work.Therfore I note that leader  may not tries to make others feel they have been part of a decision.The firsy reason is that the leader is all the team member select to lead team advantage,he or she must have some character that others  do not consist.Given that the leader have special character , others people will not talk with the leader and will not give constructial suggestion.For instance Meizu, one of famous moblie constructor in china.Meizu's CEO ZangHuang made a important interal talking recently.He give a point that everybody in the company need execution and company's strategic layout made by himself.Since the common worker doesn't know something such as  capital operation and socialized marketing, so they can not talk well with ZangHuang.The execution is the character that the boss want have in more company nor the creativity.The second reason is that If more people take part in the maked decision,the talking processor will be chaos. Because ever people who joins the discuss  want to talk their opinions, the decision will be hard make ,and maybe the condition will be terrible.For example, I take part in study union in our college. When we want to organize some activity,we will discuss.But every minister want to tell their suggestions and we waste lots of time to make a decision, so we are low effecency team.And there is a common problem in more inefficiency team.Even if more people attend discuss will give more suggestion,but I have opinion that less people taking part in the discuss is important to a team.So I thought a team leader would not let more people feel they have been part of a decision.
