Nowadays,many people says that teachers should be paid by the standards of how much the students learned. I am agree with that statement for the following reasons.
Teachers now are paid some fixed money by the standards of how long they have teached and how many tests they have passed. This is very unjustified in my opinion. Some young teachers have much passion to their educations and they work very hard to make sure their students can follow their ideas. But the money they made is less than the money made by some old teachers. I am not saying all old teachers are not good as young teachers, I 'm saying that some old teachers who go to school everyday to wait for the off duty made much more money than young passionate teachers.
Furthermore,paid according to how much their students learned can encourage teachers to improve themselves to teach students. If there is no "fixed money",teachers could do their jobs more efficiently.
There could be adverse affects for example the standard of how much the students learned is hardly to make, students scores can be unhoped.
Because it can provide a more justified way to deal with teachers' salary,I support paying teachers according to how much their students learned.
