Time and tide waits no men. No matter what kind of job you engaged in, the concept of time is significant. During the progression of any task, delay might be fatal. But in other hand, the quality of task is also imporant.In some degree, working qucik might cause high risks. However, I do not think peope could not keep high quality when they work qucikly. It is a better choice to work with speed without neglecting quality.As is known to all, some jobs need people to work quickly. Every minute should be made full use of once a task is initiated. A second saved is a second gained. Any intentional delay is a waste of time and might lead to severe consequences. Therefore, a feasible schedule should be drafted and strictly followed. For example, my cousin is working in a factory.  His responsibilty is to assemble the part of product in the pipeline.  This task require high speed and if anyone dalay, the whole line will stop. So in this case, time become more important.  However, it doesn't mean that worker could ignore the quality of products.
