1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
获得成功的人应该拥有与众不同的个人特点。成功的人，比如比尔盖茨和乔布斯，虽然学历比很多人低，但他们却有比其他很多人都要丰富的创造力。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
诚实和正直是他们普遍的优点，如果不诚实，他们无法在社会上得到人们的敬佩；而他们在工作中一些精彩的点子，往往是他人想不到甚至不敢想的。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
和大家相似可能会变得很难被从人群中辨认出来。在强调团队合作的情况下，利于获得大的成功；而当在创造性的作业中，与他人一样就会不受欢迎甚至被指作抄袭。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
与大家都不一样或许会变成一个在大家眼中很独特的人。如果你掌握着正确的东西，终究会成功的，比如支持地心说的哥白尼，虽然被持反对意见的教徒烧死，他还是被载入史册成为英雄；而如果是不经思考的追求不同，很可能会走向错误。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
成功的关键不在于“他人”，而在于“自己”。观察别人的行为固然重要，但重视自己的能力才是根本。如果一个人努力，诚实，创新，或许他不会很有名，但他的人生是成功的。就像我的朋友，他喜欢发明，虽然没有提高成绩，但他的内心很满足，最后夺得了发明创造竞赛的大奖。

This is an issure that confuse many people for centuries -- if the difference can help people succeed ?Base on my experience,I belive that successful man should have something which can distinguish themselves from others. Bill gates present an interesting case for this statement . He was the most rich man in the world altough he doesn't have a very high degree .It' quiet differt from commen sense .At the same time ,he has a talent of innovation and invention ,espacially in computer field . But it doesn't mean all of their characters or hobbies are totally different from most of people .In contrast ,they usually have many virtures in common between them.Such as honest ,bold or kind . Holding different idea may have a hard time ,but if a man hold the true he will succeed .Copernicus，who is regarded as the foundation of astronomy,was killed by people who held differen statment .He have gone, it seem he lost .But history is fair ,statment of Copernicu was proved by telescope .So he succeed ,and his theory is widely accepted now . Take my close friend as an example ,he is a student who intersted in invention .He interest doesn't help him did a good job in exam .His teacher and parents persuaded him give up the interest,but he insisted .Finally,he get a award of invention . After all, make different is what human has always been about.But I belive ,the key of succeed is in everyone's heart but no any others'.If a person is kind,blod,hardworking and honesty ,what he or she do can make him or she different from others naturally
