Nowadays，there is a growing concern about whether a person should work indenpently or work with a group. Well, the rapid development of science and technology has brought us into a different ear, which we face more challenges and competitions. In this complex situation, one can hardly do some work without any help, so I think it is important to work within a group.First of all, there are a number of advantages which group work brings. For example, group work could provide people a better working condition, when a person work with many people, it will produce great encouragment and even inspire creativity and confidence. Also, when a team have a good leader, who is good at communication skill and promoting team spirit, the team must have a positive effect and then work with high effeiciency.
