Considering about the crash from humanity indifference and modern development, one challenge encountered by every kinds of arts is commonly difficult to find out the suitable soil to survive and thrive. Indeed, some outdated arts actually cannot attract the attention and affection of contemporary people without any help from government. And this often raises the debate about whether government should fund for the arts for their prosperity and blossom. While I recognize funding of arts can rescue the endangered precious culture to some extent, I still believe the excess of intervention with arts might devastate the purity and integrity of them.   We have never neglected the importance and functions of arts. They are used to acquire pleasure and relaxations from the stresses of life. They are used to express significant political and religious ideas of one country. Additionally, they are utilized as some genres of exchanged treasures in economic activities. Although the arts have a dramatic impact on the individual and on a particular culture in the society, the artists eventually attain a little abject payback, which cannot support their occupations and lives. With a massive effort from government, struggling for survive should become less of a problem who have extraordinary artistic talents rather than commercial aptitude. These artists focus on all their energy and concentration rendering their creation and innovation. Every single pathway of starving artists would be broadened and forward-looking, as is made evident by the complete flourish of art institution. We will avoid another van Gogh or Mozart as a wretched existence with the backup of government nowadays. Even if artists have already achieved an effective access to be passionate about their works, they also need powerful medium to announce and advertise the arts, in order to enhance the prospect of public appreciation and acceptation. Accidentally, the government is valuable for its ability to make use of resources to influence and encourage citizen to experience the mysterious of antiques. For example, Chinese character is one of the charming arts in language of Chinese culture. Typing in keyboard or phone is gradually hampering the writing of varieties of unfamiliar Chinese characters and it interferes with transmission of them. As a matter of fact, these evidently provide obscure and distraction for artists, who may consider more about the cash not about the brush. In long term, the funding policy might relatively destroy the spectacle of arts.  In summary, the supporting strategy of government assuredly helps some arts get rid of trouble and turn into up-to-date novelties to some extent.
