回答: 创新,坚持,勤奋,认真。 与众不同。 乔布斯因为对现状不满意所以创新出很多定义了这个产业的伟大产品。这靠的是一丝不苟的研发,打破陈规的创新,和夜以继日的工作,最终诞生在消费者面前的都会是惊艳的奇迹。当然,这些与众不同的产品最终都得到了大卖,以致苹果公司最终也成为了当今世界最成功的公司之一。
2. 成功人士的身上,哪些特点是具有普遍性的?那些特质是具有特殊性的?请结合具体事例简述。
回答: 努力,勤奋;冷峻,随和。 乔布斯,库克 都很勤奋,不过一个冷峻、一个随和。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果?在什么情况下有助于成功?什么情况下不利于成功?请结合具体事例简述。
回答: 同质化。 需要统一标准的产品生产行业;对个性化要求很高的行业。 银行卡要是不和大家相似,那么你的卡就无法在其他的ATM机上使用,如此局限性很容易造成失败。这时和大家相似有利于成功。但是对电子消费品行业如果产品和同类型产品过度相似,销售必受影响。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果?在什么情况下有利于成功?什么情况下不利于成功?请结合具体事例简述。
回答: 个性化。 例子理由同上。

Success, a quality that everyone desired, lead many debates related to this perspective. In the approach to success, whether one should be as similar to others as possible or just be unique, be different has aroused a heated widely-argued topic. From my standpoint, I would prefer being unique. Reasons are listed as follows.
With a creative product, people would feel our enthusiasm in developing, passion in inventing. They'll buy it for being touched, for admiring what we have done in making a better product, thus we will likely to be success. In the process of inventing a new product, we will spare no effort in thinking, collaborating, creating and improving. All of them lead to the perfectness of the final merchandise. Customers is widely acknowledged as a group of wise investigators. When a new product comes out, they are definitely able to tell the good one from the need-to-be-improved one.Take Steve Jobs and his revolutionary device-iPhone-for example, after five years of research and development when it first unveiled to people, they got screaming. This is how consumers react over a truly different mobile phone that come out to the world. According to the statistics later, Apple had been sold for nearly 1 million iPhones in the first week. The key is to be different.
In a tedious condition for a company just copying others' labor,or being stuck to the original style not willing to change anything, you will not only being abandoned by customers but also being accused by someone who indeed invented them, as a result you are either facing a serious financial crisis or in the side where immoral reputation stands. Nokia and Samsung are good instances. Nokia used to be a great cellphone manufacturer, owing to the laziness in reshaping the outline of their phones, finally in 2014 they are acquired by Microsoft. When it comes to Samsung, this year as a defendant, they lose a lawsuit against apple, which charged them for 10 billion dollars to compensate apple. These examples tell us both similar with your own idea and with others are not beneficial, sometimes vital to your enterprise.
However, in several special fields that demand unanimous criteria, be more like others will surely bring you numerous advantages against disadvantages. Given that these industries alike is limited, such as credit card manufacture, pen refill production, thus when we are not involving in them it is highly suggested we keep a unique mind. As a conclusion, for the purpose of being a successful man, creation can never be treated with contempt. Only when we are follow our own ideas and not imitating others will we ultimately bring on astonishing products or projects, with accumulation of which we can finally be success.
