According to a recent statistic on the internet, the number of work for themselves or own a business occupies 35 percent of the graduate, and undoubtedly has the tendency of increasig.  At this time, work is a significant part of people's life, and this is where the controversy arises.  Some believe that it is of great benefit to work for themselves or own a business.  Meanwhile, those who strongly disagree with it cite that work for an employer is more relaxed in their work.  As far as I am concerned, the former one is more favorable.
 
1,自雇者或创业者更自由，像作家，艺术家，歌唱家等，随着自己的创作灵感选择工作时间，心情更愉悦，生活更多姿；2，创业者可以在过程中学到更多的东西，遇到比较困难的问题，锻炼自己的能力和解决问题能力,获得更大的成就感；3，打工者比较稳定，工作压力小；缺点是模式化生活，更单调。
