Some people prefer to plan activities for their free time very carefully. Others choose not to make any plans at all for their free time. good：i can clearly konw what i have done.
bad：几点到几点健身。有机会有压迫感。不能relax and make me comfortable。把休闲当做一种任务，就不会去享受它，做瑜伽也不会觉得有意思。
It enables people to have a enriching holiday and be avoid doing useless things. Like by checking online the route in advance, one can save the time of finding the way. However, the plan is easily been interrupted which makes people feel disappointed. For example, one partner has an accidental meeting to attend and the plan abort.
