对于一个人来说，好的消费就是买他自己需要的，同时不要给别人造成伤害。比如说你可以买金银首饰，只要你自己觉得有用的话,但是不要买皮衣、象牙什么的，比较破坏环境。
2. 你认为宠物消费是一种好的消费方式吗？如果是，为什么？如果不是，请说明理由。
回答：
我觉得是，因为宠物就像小孩子一样，也是需要照顾和投资的。比如说给他们做身体检查、买些衣服，给他们买营养的粮食，带它们参加一些训练课程。这样不仅可以让主人更快乐，也可以让宠物更快乐。
3. 宠物消费都包含哪些内容？这些消费数量大吗？请结合实际简述。
回答：
衣食住行，看病训练等。消费比较大，现在给狗狗打个针，都需要几千块钱，好的狗粮也很贵，上课什么的，也需要花钱。
4. 一般来说，饲养宠物的人都具备哪些特点？宠物消费对他们来说负担会很大吗？请结合实际简述。
回答：
饲养宠物的人，比较喜欢它们，而且具有一定的经济实力。负担有些大，但是也要承受。

statement: More and more people are spending money on their pets, even though
there can be other good ways to spend money.
With the economic growth, more and more people have sparing money they can spend on whatever they like. Some people are willing to spend money on traveling, food, or entertainment. However, for the pet owners, they are more willing to spend money on their pets.
First, the role of pets has been changed dramatically. In past, for people, raising pets, especially dogs, is only a way to guard their farm land or house. But for people nowadays, pets are more like to be family members and friends rather than animals. My older sister has raised two dogs, named Jerry and Alex, for more than ten years. She is really fond of them. Whenever she introduced her visitors to her dogs, she always says :"They are my babies, Jerry and Alex. Because of them, I am the happiest mother!" Some people may regard my sister as insane. Actually, she is quite common among pet owners. I have seen a lot of pet owners take their pets as their children, brothers or sisters, friends, or even lovers. Whenever the pets got sick, the owners are willing to spend a lot of money on the medicines to keep their pets safe and sound. Whenever there are some new snacks on the pet store, owners will buy their pets these snacks to make their pets happier.
Second, there are a variety of pet products on pet stores, making owners want to buy them for their pets. A recent survey by Peking University indicates that in China, more than eighty percent pet owners spend 50 to 100 dollars every month buying pet products, including food, snacks, clothes, toys, bath products, the list goes on. More than fifty percent female owners admitted that as long as there are some new clothes on pet stores, they want to buy the clothes because they think the clothes will be cute on their pets.
Admittedly, some people believe there are many other good ways to spend money, such as buying books, enjoying a great meal, watching movies with friends, etc. However, for most pet owners, spending money on their pets is inevitable and probably, is the best investment.
