When we talking about what is more important factor in the successful of the career,  some people toke the quite reaction is the most important, and some toke the professional knowledge as the priority. And in my opinion, the type of job is the key to decide this.Who could image the feeling when you appointed to a dentist with no learning background or experience in medical? for most of people it is unbearble and it is a tragedy. in fact, many jobs which  with profession education as a background,  could not bear any point of failure, and these jobs are quite important in knowledge.On the hand, some job is mostly based on agile reaction than anything else. Have you ever seen a physics professor playing a soccer,  although the professor could be quite familiar with the principle  and method in the soccer play, it is quite possible he could not play with it at all.Admittedly, most of the job required not only the quick learning skill, and the knowledge, but the other skills, such as ommunicaion and teamwork. without teamwork, it would be difficult to get help from others. As a conclusion, I think different job need different type of people.
