currently ,how to be more sucessful has been an topic in the whole society,consequentely,the characteristics and personalities are being focused.people on this issue have utterly distinctive views.personally, i agree that we should have some characteristics and being different
firstly,being successful needs some unique characteristics like a wll education experience,resonable plan ,the ability of flexibility and adoptation,in my obeversation,people who got success could have the ability to secdule a plan which is reaching and be implemented,for example ,the ceo of facebook,sherly sandberg,who is one of the most powerful woman in the world survyed by forbes advised that we could make two kinds of plans ,short-term one which is about 18 months,and a long-term one ,the more you finish the short-term one ,the more you are near the long-term one .in another words ,we discompose the whole task
secondly,when being in common or same ,the competiton we involved is getting firence,the personalities and characteristics are not fully performancedimamging that a multinational company is recruiting , hr are looking thouands of hundreds of applications crushing into the website,what can we do to let us to be a spark--individulism,which we can stand up and get the interview
thirdly if being different,we could perfectly perform our talents and dispostions in some fields especially for the coorporation and adaptation as working in a group.company is a huge organization in operation ,it consists some distictive departments like markting ,human resources, accouting ,and so forth,everyone has different obligations and taks ,especailly in the markting department ,which nees a variety of individual,of them ,some good at negotization ,persuading ,others are good at collecting data,so,to be different could give us the opportunities to collaborate withe a varitey of people and find the suitable position of our own.
admittely,overly emphasizing the individulism could give rise to the serious consequences.for instance ,the speed of getting involved a new organization will be slowing and sometimes the collisons will appear when many people are working together ,but we could aquire the sklls to avoid and adopt these as possible as we can
although the difference between a varity of people would cause many drawbacks,like restraining our talents and personalities ,we should insist being differnt ,just because of this ,the life looks so wonderful and meaningful
