Nowadays, more and more people choose to eat at food stands or restaurants. Although it have many benefits, I advocate that eating at home.
First of all, eating at home is more cheaper and norishous. For example, I could buy the meat and vegetable by myself and they are more fresh and cheap. When I cook, I could put less oil and salt for healthy.
Besides, eating at home provide good atmoshere for family. During eating, we family could talk about interesting things happend today. It provide more opportunity to communicate with family members and make us feel happy and relax after a busy working.
Last, we can cook the flavor as we like if eating at home. For example, my mum knows I like sweet and sour taste, so she always cook that kind of flavor.When I eating outside, I always miss the mum-taste food, that is the thing I cherished best in my life.
However, eating outside in restaurants have many advantages.We can choose the flavor from different places. For instance, if we want to eat spicy food, we can go to SiChuan restaurants. If we want to taste Italie flavor, we can go to Italie restaurants.
All in all, although eating at food stands or restaurants is a good choice, I still think that eating at home is the best way for me.
