in this modern days, many works need everyone involved to work together. thus, an effective leader is a must. and some people believe that an effective leader should take others feel they have been part of the decision. but what i insist is that an effective leader would give the best arrangement. it is not necessary to take all the people into a decision.
as a leader, especially an effective leader, he must be a considerably excellent person, with great confidence and ability. he will show the powerful convincing to all his people. he is full of passion, letting the people feel great courage everyday. however, the most important personality is the arrangement, adapting people to do individual job. but in many cases, they also need help, since they are just normal person. but i don't think that need all the clerks to do this. maybe a group of people with great ability will mak sense.
if a leader want to take all the people into a decision, he would face a bunch problems. for example, once each time my class want to make a decision, we would take a class meeting to ask the whole class to make the decision. we thought that will meet everyone's needs, but we were wrong. as long as an ideal pointed out, there always some or even more students disagree it. we took a whole night to discuss it, but got no answer. so take consideration of the ideal above that i have showed. let some of the excellent person to the decision. that will avoid some great danger like waste of money and time.
all in all, an effective decision need all the people to sacrifice and contribute to the task. that will make the works more successful. And everybody in the team will all reach the goal.
