回答：
陌生的环境、陌生的同事或同学，以及全新的工作。适应新环境的过程往往先是一团糟，然后慢慢适应，最后得心应手。我觉得这样的能力人人都具备，只是适应时间的不同，就像我刚进高中的时候不习惯集体生活，老是睡不好，后来慢慢适应了，跟同学关系处的特别好。
2. 专业知识的重要作用是什么？它能够帮助我们做好哪些事情？请结合实际简述。
回答：
专业知识是我们完成某项工作的必要条件，比如说程序员，如果没有学过C语言等专业知识，就没有办法完成他应该要做的工作
3. 什么样的工作要求我们适应环境的能力更强些，为什么？这些工作有什么样的特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
像销售员、业务员就应该具备很强的适应环境的能力，因为他们的工作环境不定，接触的人总是多种多样的，总是在变化。
4. 什么样的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识？专业知识是如何帮助我们做好这些工作的呢？请结合实际简述。
回答：
医生、科学工作者、教师等职业就要求专业知识出色，因为这些工作的专业性、指向性特别强，而工作环境基本是固定的，这类工作就需要工作者极强的专业知识辅助
5. 干好一份工作需要哪些方面的能力？上述两种能力以外，其他方面的能力对于工作起到什么重要的影响？请结合实际简述。
回答：
适应能力和专业知识之外，还需要有交际能力，有助于我们同不能的人打交道；身体素质，让我们保持健康的状态等等。就不如说一个学生学习能力很强，但是身体很差，常常生病，这也会让他拿不到好成绩

since we are all going to have a job, we must know that what is required for us to do the job. there are so many elements that influence us with a job. but among them, maybe domain knowledge and the ability of adapt might be the most important. so there comes the debate. the ability of adapt to a new environment is more important than excellent knowledge for a job? i cannot really agree with that. for i believe that which is much more important depends on what kind of job you have.
before i start, i want to point out that everyone has the ability to adapt a new environment. just with the different ability. a new environment usually have the completely new people around you and different situation you have ever had in the past. but if we always have the same environment, what is the fun of life? so we must build the ability to adapt new situation. but everyone has this kind of ability, from a mass, then get used to, and feeling just like a fish in the water. for example, when i first enter the high school and need to live in the dormitory, i feel upset to have this huge change. i just didn't talk to my classmates, since i thought they hated me. but i was wrong, they liked me and later i got used to it. finally i was proud that i have more good friends.
of course, different jobs may prefer different people with those two abilities. jobs like doctors, researchers and teachers should have the great knoeledge to do their job. think about that, if you get a sick, do you want a expert or a doctor who is also a singer to take care of you. i think you will no doubt to choose the former one. even you will just think, how can a doctor be a singer, you must be kidding me. or maybe the doctor is just non-professional. but jobs like salesmen should have great ability to adapt. for they always contact with other people. if they want a better achievement, they must improve it.
however, requirements of a good job are not merely these two abilities. it also need other qualities like communication techniques and good health. these are all significant to a job. but to conclude the above statements, compared with knowledge and ability to adaption, which is more important are based on the kind of job you will get.
