一个新的环境往往是陌生的，充满挑战性的，人们在适应新环境的时候会遇到很多困难，麻烦，对于这个适应过程，大多数人都必须得经历，例如学生毕业去新学校得适应新的同学，老师，白领跳槽去新的公司得适应新的同事，老板等等这些例子。
2. 专业知识的重要作用是什么？它能够帮助我们做好哪些事情？请结合实际简述。
回答：
专业知识的作用是可以让我们在自己的工作岗位上更有地创造价值，它们可以使我们在面对很多专业性的问题，很很轻松的解决，例如在IT业，过硬的专业知识可以帮助我们解决很多程序BUG。
3. 什么样的工作要求我们适应环境的能力更强些，为什么？这些工作有什么样的特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
那些需要频繁与人打交道的工作需要我们适应环境的能力更强些，例如，HR，销售，市场行业的这些工作。这些工作主要是各种各种人，事情打交道，它需要我们能很好很快适应新环境和处理好问题。
4. 什么样的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识？专业知识是如何帮助我们做好这些工作的呢？请结合实际简述。
回答：
技术性色彩更浓厚的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识，专业知识为做这些工作中的出现的问题提供了技术上的工具盒帮助。例如IT,工程，数学物理等方面的工作。
5. 干好一份工作需要哪些方面的能力？上述两种能力以外，其他方面的能力对于工作起到什么重要的影响？请结合实际简述。
回答：
干好一份工作不仅需要过硬的专业能力，也需要很强的适应能力和学习能力，还得懂得处理人际关系。懂得善于处理人际关系对工作会有很大的帮助，他使得我们的工作环境会很融洽，能更容易得到别人的认可和帮助。

when facing new challenges of the new working environment ,we can also not ignore the chances involved in it.But as for measures to greatly handle with the new conditions ,the excellent knowledgefor a job is undoubtedly necessary ,but without great ability to adapt a new environment ,no one can behave perfectly in new situations .But comparing such two abilities ,in my opinions , the strong adaptability seems more important .As is known to us,if we want to get involved in the new environment as soon as possible ,it acquires us to be familiar with the new conditions in a shortest time .At this point ,the importance of strong adaptability is epitomized .In the real society ,the graduates with the strong adaptability to new environment is easier to begin their careers than those lacked of such adaptability.Furthermore ,the strong adaptability has more effect on the promotion or the salary increase than the excellent knowledge for a job .The point of the promotion or the salary increase lies not only in the working ability but also in the relationship with the boss,but at the beginning of the job in a new environment ,when the simple work done can not reflect you excellent knowledge ,the fantastic relationship between you and your boss ,or workmates can doubtlessly help you get the promotion easier,and the recent sharing of working experiences of successful persons is a prime example of this views.Except the material conditions improved ,the strong adaptability can also benefit you with your mental conditions .It help you always keep a good mood when working and decrease your working pressure .Thus ,we don't have to worry about the problems brought by the working pressure .When facing many working experiences of young people ,there is a evident phenomenon that almost everyone is suffered from the mental problems because of the working conditions .Hence,from this instance, we can realize the importance of the ability to a new environment clearly .Nevertheless ,there also exists some jobs which focus more on the excellent knowledge rather the strong adaptability to a new environment such as programmers or engineers .But in my opinions ,I still think the strong adaptability is more vital because it benefits us wherever .
