1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。

其实，这些人看上去并无很大不同，最大的不同可能就是对他们所爱的事物有所坚持、有热情把它完成好无论遇到多大困难、而且用新颖的角度看待问题、并将自己喜欢的东西跟社会需求相结合就会取得成功。

普遍性：对事业的热情、坚持和努力
特殊性：有的人坚持把传统产业做好做精，而有些人则另辟蹊径寻找新型产业从而走上成功之路。
例如，海尔集团的总裁张瑞敏领导海尔集团走向成功是因为他们坚持完善产品品质和设计的同时注重售后服务，使得在传统电器行业超大的竞争下，消费者更加满意海尔产品的质量和服务从而取胜。阿里巴巴董事长马云的成功则是建立在新兴产业网络购物上，创新的营销模式迎合了消费者寻求便捷购物的心理，从而走向成功。但两位企业家的共同特点是都在面对困难的时候努力坚持下来。比如说海尔集团原来有大量债务，阿里巴巴集团在2012年客服了暂时亏损状态后最终在2014年美国纳斯达克成功上市。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

无论是人还是事物都要被人广泛关注才能取得成功,如果所有人都没有自己的特点那么他们也不会成为焦点。例如Lady Gaga一举成名是因为她服装大胆齐特，不同于通常的审美标准，这就吸引了大众来关注她，最终关注到她的歌曲，最终走向成功获得格莱美奖Grammy Award。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得不同可以让大家喜欢你也能让大家讨厌你。比如Lady Gaga的夸张穿衣风格受大家关注。但是中国的凤姐由于经常公开发表违背道德的言论而被中国人唾弃。

It has various kinds of definition of success. Some people prefer that success means having a happy life. Some prefer to be the top masters in their professional area. And some prefer to be a great leader of a country or an inernational corperation. Indeed, mostly, people often talk about success in mass media or books as career accomplishments. True, everyone who has differnet character with others is the specialist one to his or her friends and families. But I prefer that important common feature is the critical factor of to be succeed.
For one reason, common features can be easily accepted by public who presents the major trend in society. Say one of the greatest fashion brand-Ralph Lauren-as an example. The founder and also the designer Ralph Lauren integrated different popular elements, like the noble features of nubility, the leisure attitute of Western Cowboy, and the devotion of baseball and plo, to gain public acceptance at the first time when he found the brand. After recieved a great popularity among customers, Ralph Lauren also persists this claasical acceptic type as the main feature in every season's fashion show. Now, when someone refers to Polo-shirt, Ralph Lauren would be the first fashion bran imerged in our brain. For another reason, most common opinions are truly wisdom whether come from history events or philosophy stories. According to most successful entrepreneurs, they pursuit perfection of career constantly and persistently which would be the most important quality to become a great person. For example, Zhang Ruimin who is the CEO of Haier corporation in China, has been suffered for four years struggles of hard time with his subordinates by saving a factory from the brink of bankruptcy to become one of the top appliance factory in China. However, after he got this achievement, he also persisted on offering the best quality products and most sincere service for customers. Basing on the insistence of offering best products and services, Haier corporation has the highest sales volume in appliance market in China.
