回答：
The consequence of the situation where one has a lot of similarities with others are the communication expediences and the understanding with the ordinary people. However, when the condition is opposite, the poor konwledge for daily life and people thinking will lead to misinterpretation with the world. Take Mao Zedong and Chiang Kai-Shek for example.
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
don't understand with normal people, while have a totally different point of view from the normal. When take advantage of the ablity of thinking independently and differently --> success; when not --> nearly failure. Steve Jobs and Vincent van Gogh.
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。

One should think independently and pesist in doing so. The amount of the similaritie one has in common with the others means nothing musch than above.

According to the knowledge I have as well as the history clues, I am not agree with this oponion which claims one should be more like others than be different from everyone else to succeed.
When take account for every ordinary people's goals, one should admitt nearly everyone has the dream to succeed in a variety of ways. But, unfortunately, only few which has different characteristics, such as insight, perseverance and talent, achieved their dreams which indicate one's success. Therefore, in order to success, we need to think differently and practice your distinctive ideas with persistence.
Examples: Thomas Edison and Steve Jobs as well as mediocrities.
Though we should admitt the fact even the most distinctive person may have some similaritie with normal ones, in the process for sucess one must have differences from everyone else. From the points discussed above, the essential traits one should have to success, such as insight, perseverance and talent, make the achiever distinct ones.
