Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: In order to succeed, you should be more like others than be different from everyone else.   Recently, people seemly have a formula on success. Everyday, when I get in a bookstore, the best selling books are always about the success. They told us that, in the world, we have a lot of ways to make completion come true with this statement included. However, I cannot agree with it. In my mind, success cannot be copied. No one can go to the top in the same way.    Everyone have some common characteristics, for example hardworking, never giving up and etc. But there is a logic problem- these same characteristics are concluded by the successful man's experience. However, they are just a few.  For example, Steve Jobs who was a leader of Apple, has his own aesthetic appreciation in the product, the result of that he made Apple become the top in the electronic industry in the world. He has his own characteristic, which is different from other hardware or software engineers, but no one can exclude his hard working and persisting.    Maybe other people especially in a team group will more easily accept people who like others. People will think the man is easygoing and easy to make compromise. It will let you have many friends. Then, every group will complete projects. When you have ideas but others are keep silence, will you do what?  The man cannot always like others people. People get different chance because their various methods. Men will speak out their minds rather than like anybody keep silence. However you cannot be so special, people work with you will feel pressure, and stop talk with you. You will stay in your small world and cannot get out. In other words, how can you identify success? Some people will think if I have a wonderful family I am a successful man. But somebody will consider that having abundance material is success. We have varied formula in identity success; we also have many ways to get success.
