Which skill is more significant for a job, different people have different ideas. In my perspective, an exellent capability of adapting new environment is more important than good knowledg for a job.Quickly adapt to a new environment is important for those whose job requires frequently change. For instance, people who woak as a salesman or a guide need to have a great ability of adjust to new surroundings fast. Salesman often need to go different place and different company to sales products. They have to quickly adapt to the culture of new places and new company, which is an important premise for a sucesseful job. For a guide, they often frequently go to different places or even diffrent country, if they cannot adapt to these live environment perfectly, how could they guide the whole traval team. They also have to adapt to the tireness of the long time journal.An exellent adaption skill helps people overcome pressure and dadicate to work better. Some career is under great burden such as teacher and surgoen. For the job that under a large amount of pressure, it is quite essential for them to have a good adaption skill. For surgeons, they often have to go to hospital quickly even at midnight after a emergent phone call. Under such irregular work time, a low ability of adaption to that work pressure will inhibit the essential step in treating patients. Teachers as well, they usually have lectures all day long and even continue to several weeks. It requires teachers to adapt to those high burden and working under a good phsical and mental health.I concede that an exellent professional skill is very important in performing well and grasping work content quickly. However, to some extent, a good knowledge is also for a good adaption to environment.
