In recent years, the dramatial increasement of  economy brings striking convinence to our daily life, at the same time, the competition for a good job is gradually fierce nowadays. As a result, in the period characterized by competition, how to get a good job is a hot discussion in recent years. As for this, some people hold the point that the ability to adapt to new environment is more important than the excellent knowledge for a job, whereas, I prefer to agree that the excellent knowledge plays a much more improtant role than the ability to adapt to a new environment when people are looking for a good job. The first reason I want to put forward is that excellent knowledge can promote us to hold the job and this is a core factor for people to get a further improvement of their career. The example of one of my research teacher Zhe Zuo can be very proprate to verfy this. Zhe Zuo is a young man graduated from Wascons-Madision after he got her PHD degreee last year, and then he was invited to join in the research lab which I was doing the graduate research. He is a fresh man although, he is equipted with excellent knowledge about the control of diesel engine which is the main research direction of our lab. So we always ask him some of confusing and unresolved problems and he can always give us some useful suggestions and answers which we never relized before. In a short time, his excellent knowledge help him to be the project leader and this is a great chance for his career. Another reason that cannot be ignored is that excellent knowledge can help people be accepted by the team memeber and their boss, and this will is good for the relationship in the new environment. When it comes this, my experience in the Race Team of BIT can be a good example. I joined in  the Race Team  of BIT in 2010 and the profect for us was to design an excellent and high ability race car to attend the China Race Car Competition. Then Jim joined us and he is very familiar with those knowledge about the strucature of the car and the engine, he is almost a genius, with the help of him, our project had be on the high rapid to carry on. Then there is no doubt that his excellent knowledge help him built a nice relationship with us. And all of this help us designed an high performance race car and win the first prize in the competition. Last but not least, although the ability to adapt to new environment is important in some extent, it cannot help some hold a good job for a long time if he don't equipted with excellent knowledge. Take the example of my friend Yami, she is doing the research about chemistry and medicine in Dalian Institute of Technology and her tuitor employed a man to help them do the research. And this guy had adapted to the new environment very quickly, howver, after a period of time, Yami and her labmates find that this guy was very unfamilar with the chemistry and medicine, once he mix two type of chemistry and caused very terrible troblem, then there was no doubt he was fired by the tuitor. So in a conclusion, even though the ability to adapt to new environment is very improtant, the excellent knowledg can help people be accepted by the boss and team member, in addtion, it is also good to bulit a nice relationship with people around. So excellent knowledge is much more important to get a good job.
