乐观、上进、努力、坚持、善于抓住机遇、美德。相同。比尔盖茨和李彦宏都是善于抓住机遇，果断放弃学业，并成功创立微软、百度。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
美德、积极进取的人生态度是普遍的。而成功的方式、途径是不同的。
例如1999年，李彦宏为了回国发展搜索引擎，放弃美国博士学位，就是特殊的，不是每个人放弃学业积极创业都会成功。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得和成功的人一样就有美德和积极乐观的人生态度有助于成功。而忽略社会时代环境的改变，盲目模仿前人的具体行为将不利于成功。例子未想到。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
不同：一种是特立独行，一种标新立异。顺应历史时代潮流则生，逆历史潮流则亡。比尔盖茨放弃学业，顺应社会需求，成功得建立了微软。ladygaga顺应娱乐风向，特立独行的风格也让她名扬天下。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
hard to say.成功不可预料，但是成功青睐于有准备的人，让自己具有成功的品格和能力，当机遇到的时候，自然会成功的。还需要的优秀品质：创新、团队合作

When it comes to how to succeed, different people have different opinions. some prefer that in order to succeed, we should be more like others than be different from anyone else.while the others hold the opposite opinion that we should be more different in order to succeed.
I believe we should be more like others who have virtue and positive attitudes towards life.I think, inherent virtue is the basic resource leads to success.
Virtue to success is what water is to fish.it is virtue and positive characteristics that is essential to hold on when faced setbacks and hardships,and to remain calm when confronted with lure.virtue and positive attitudes are the core qualities of all successful people.thus, in order to be successful, we should be more like those people possessing virtue and positive energy.on the contrary, a person with virtue will benefit others and the society and they are successful because they bring happiness around them.but a person without virtue will do harm to the society and their destructive power is positive related to the ability to make a difference which will never gain recognition.thus, no matter how big difference one could make, the core that whether he will succeed is virtue and positive manner.
Even though not everyone could make a difference and build a milestone along the progressiveness of society,every could gain virtue and positive attitudes to become a happier,confident,perseverant and powerful person.and when chance comes,we could grab it and make a big thing.even if we are not successful in career, we still earn ourselves a happy family and life.亲 别飘过……给点建议吧~
