1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
首先，他们都具有很好的心理素质，处理事物时保持冷静的头脑，有坚持到底的耐心，包容他人的胸心。
他们都具备有以上的一些素质，但是又各有各的特点。例如A具有很强组织协调能力，而B具有极其敏锐的思维能力，C可以保持超长时间的高效率工作。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
他们在遇到挫折时候都会坚持，不会轻言放弃。例如A在遇到挫折时的处理方式是a，而B更倾向于用b方式。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
如果和大家相似，那么就很难凸显自己，同时也会学习到他人好和不好的习惯。当大家整体处于一种很积极向上的状态下时，这比较利于成功，大家会互相督促；与此相反，那就会使情况更加糟糕。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
如果和大家不同，那就很容易与大家形成观点或看法对立的关系。
1.当你们是处于良性的积极讨论状态下时，不同的观点会让你们的结果更加完备；相反，如果是恶性的竞争，那就会使最后的结果很难确定，并且会在彼此间产生矛盾，不利于成功。
2.如果目标是需要多角度全面看待问题的话，那将有利于成功；反之则会影响成功。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
是否和他们相同对于成功与否并非是决定性作用。我们应当学习他人好的品质，宝贵的经验，但同时要避免他人犯过的错误。同样要选择适合自己方面来进行学习。另外，应当培养个人特有的优秀品质。

Undoubtedly, many people want to be successful, but there are only few people achieve their successes. To be a successful man, not only should you have the abilities and qualities that they have, but also the specific characters owned by yourself.
There is a world with a huge number of messages or information in each second, and if someone want to succeed, he should find your own opinion from those. For instance, there are several new policies in his company or his department. He may find out some information to help him to a new position or lose that chance with his common mind. Nevertheless, it draws forth to another question. If he has the same idea with others to one task, his leader could never remember him, let alone promote him. Thus, he has to give your leader a new suggestion that is reasonable and original, showing his specific ability.
However, having specific ability is not meant that you are fully different from anyone else. A successful man, in general, have some of the essential characters. For example, someone has the ability of leadership to thoroughly arrange and coordinate his subordinates, tasks, and even partners. Another one may be tough enough to achieve his goals, and even though he lost in the thousandth time today, he will prepare for the thousand and first time the next morning. There are a hundred kinds, like honest, loyal, diligent, friendly, astute, and so on, which a person can choose partly to consist of his own characteristic. Moreover, this characteristic is unique for he chose by himself, even if someone might choose the same ones, he would represent it in a different way.
So, it is the most important that everyone should have his own qualities according to his specific condition to make himself special.
