回答：
An event happened at some place may be a serious impact on society, and journalists will act immediately to go to the scene being in process to report and cover.
If taxi drivers are called to pick up somebody, they should set out at once.
If the policemen get the message that a robber, a murder case or a smuggling case happened, they are supposed to rush to the scene of crime.
2. 立即行动在加快速度的同时也会带来犯错的风险，这会带来哪些不好的影响？请结合实际简述。
回答：
If the journalists have not known the specific details of an event or haven't understood the relationship of characters they want to cover, it's easy for them to make mistakes during the covering or reporting.
On condition that the cab drivers go to the place directly according to his impression without checking the accurate and concrete address, it's possible for them to go to the wrong place wasting more time and money.
