道路设计是合理的，但是经常修路会影响出行

With the rapidly depending, most of the cities are becoming biger and biger. Most people live in west of the city, while workplace located in east of the city. Then they have to spend much time on the road. This sitiation demand the better road and public transportation for people to maintain their normal lives and work. But that governments should spend more money on improving roads and highways, or should governments spend more money on improving public transportation becomes a complexiable choice. As to me, I think the finance should pay for the improving of public transportation.
Obviously, there are more people using the public transpotation during their lives. So if the sitiation of pulic transportation improved first will get more profit.
